Jacob Rivkin

I explore how we internalize and experience landscape through memory, desire, and wonder. My work ranges from experimental and animation, public installation, archival research, and incorporating real time data into sculpture. I also specialize in creating animations for documentary films at the intersection of art, music, science, and history. I am a lecturer of Art & Design courses at the Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania and Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.

I live and work in Philadelphia.
